I have a Border Terrier who hates having her teeth brushed, and I have tried a lot of toothbrushes. The Barkus tooth brush is the first that she has tolerated, and I am hopeful that she will soon learn to love her tooth massage!
So glad we found this toothbrush! It's been a much smoother experience than others we've tried; our dog actually tolerates it, which is a huge win. And it's a nice bonus that it's reusable – good for the planet and less waste for us. Definitely worth checking out if you're trying to keep your dog's teeth clean without a huge struggle, and want something that lasts.
The brush came within a few days and I wasn't sure if it would be too big for my cats or not. My one cat really hates any sort of toothbrush but she actually loves to chew this one which means I'm able to get at least a little bit of brushing in. I really hope that they'll make smaller sizes in the future because that would be perfect for my other cat!

My dog has always been happy to have his teeth cleaned because he loves his vanilla mint toothpaste, but I found it awkward to get standard dog toothbrushes to his back teeth and to brush the top of his molars. This brush is soft and flexible enough to help with that, he more easilyallows me to brush his bottom front teeth, and I love having the replacement heads instead of buying and disposing of new plastic handles every 3 months.
I wish the handle was longer and the brush part a little bigger. These probably work well for small mouth dogs but not big mouth dogs.

Our Aluminum 06 or Bamboo 06 options give you a bit more reach and distance from your dog's mouth, which is also sometimes preferred for the extra large breeds or ones with bigger jowls. Toothbrush Aluminum 05
This is the first toothbrush our Havanese Poodle will allow us to truly brush her teeth with, and it's such an easy tool to use. She's 6 years old and I've tried many over the years, so I am beyond thrilled that it actually makes brushing her teeth possible. Most are either too long or the bristles are too hard, and after a few uses they are chewed and no longer useable. The soft but firm bristles go all the way around making it easy to get to all of her teeth, back and front. The handle is comfortable and also the perfect length to get in and around her mouth. This toothbrush is brilliant in my opinion, and I also appreciate that the company truly cares about quality and sustainability, and the connection we have with our furry friends!!

I really like this toothbrush for my dog. I have a small-medium dog (17 lb) ShihTzu mix breed and it works well in his mouth. He doesn’t resist it as much because he can chew on the soft bristles.

I didn’t realize how much easier brushing could be until I tried the Barkus toothbrush with the 360 bristle head. The design makes it so much simpler to actually reach all sides of my dog’s teeth without having to constantly adjust the angle. It feels way more efficient and less stressful for both of us.
The bristles are soft but still do a good job cleaning, and I like that it wraps around the tooth instead of just hitting one side. My dog is usually not a fan of brushing, but this has made the whole process quicker and smoother.

Having 2 dogs of varying breeds and sizes, we bought this toothbrush while attending the Barket Market (hosted by Toronto Dog Moms). The 360 concept is amazing and it makes brushing the dogs' teeth so much easier. Silicone is great since I can also clean the brush tip after using in hot soapy water.
This worked perfectly for the smaller dog (20 lbs) but I'd like to suggest a longer-handled option for a future brush since this one was a bit tougher to reach my bigger dog's (80 lbs) back molars.
We are absolutely loving this toothbrush! Compared to other ones we've tried, our dog definitely prefers this one. My bull dog has been really good with it. She can’t stand other toothbrushes and due to the size I’ve been using it more frequently than before. Another positive to point out is how smooth the brushes are and as a result my bulldog has been less reactive. Looking to get her teeth the attention they needs regularly with ease !
