Barkus is proudly based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We sell primarily online through our store at barkus.ca. We also partner with boutique local retailers and groomers as our brick-and-mortar locations, and we handle everything from product design and sourcing to fulfillment and customer engagement in-house.

We use only the finest ingredients and materials, the same ones we'd choose for humans, and rigorously test everything to ensure it's safe, effective, and genuinely enjoyable for dogs. No shortcuts. Barkus was founded by Vernadette, a Toronto entrepreneur and self-described die-hard dog lover. Inspired by her own dogs, Julius and Marcus, she built Barkus from the ground up, involved in every detail from product design to customer connection with a mission to simplify pet care without sacrificing quality.

Orders are typically fulfilled within two business days after purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within Canada, US or Europe. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped so you can follow its journey to your door.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use that number on the carrier's website to get real-time updates on your delivery.
